Espresso Theory: Dialing In

Now that you understand the basic functions of pulling a shot, you are ready to begin to use the variables at your disposal to control the espresso extraction. This course will teach you how to control the flow rate and balance the taste profile of espresso using conventional tools commonly found in cafes.

The course will follow a curriculum of 3 modules: controlling flow rate, optimizing extraction, and balancing taste.
